From the cell outward.

Anthony Castore is a cellular medicine expert, peptide educator, and performance optimization coach specializing in mitochondrial health, recovery, body composition, and human longevity. With deep experience in peptide science, redox biology, exercise physiology, and advanced protocol design, Anthony helps high-performing individuals, athletes, and complex health clients understand how to improve function from the cellular level outward.

His work bridges science and real-world application, translating complex mechanisms into practical strategies for energy, recovery, resilience, strength, metabolic health, and long-term quality of life. Through The Castore Method, Anthony integrates peptides, lifestyle medicine, biomarker analysis, strength training, nutrition, and recovery systems to create personalized, phase-based protocols that meet each client where they are and move them toward where they want to go.

Known for his ability to simplify the complex without diluting the science, Anthony is passionate about empowering people to take ownership of their health, optimize performance, and build a body that is not only leaner or stronger, but more adaptive, resilient, and alive.

The hand that shaped me.

My mother is the reason I do this work. She raised me to value learning, to be useful, to be compassionate, and to believe in the people in front of me. She believed in me before there was any evidence I deserved it — and the way I pay that forward is by trying to do the same for everyone I teach and every client I serve. Brilliance without humility is just noise; the goal is to be useful, grounded, and honest about what we know and don’t.

Philosophy in three lines.

I

Clarity first.

If a concept can’t be drawn on a napkin, it isn’t understood yet. Feynman’s test still holds: explain it simply or admit you’re still learning. Every framework I share starts here.

II

Principles always.

Protocols are downstream of principles. A practitioner who understands why a peptide works will reason their way to a better protocol than one who memorized the dose.

III

People before performance.

Numbers matter, but they’re instruments — not the song. The work is always for a real person trying to live, train, recover, or heal. Keep that human in view and the rest follows.

IV

Adaptation is built.

Resilience isn’t a trait you’re born with; it’s a property of well-designed systems — cellular, behavioral, and organizational. Better inputs, better stress, better recovery, better results.

The North Star

Adaptation isn’t luck — it’s built. Through better questions, better systems, and relentless curiosity.
